Noughts and Crosses

By Malorie Blackman. Adapted by Dominic Cooke by arrangement with Nick Hern Books.

Saturday 27 August 2016

Main House - Tickets: £8

Details

Adapted from the best-selling young adult novel by Malorie Blackman, Noughts and Crosses is a love story set in a society divided by racial prejudice and terrorism.

Sephy is a Cross, the daughter of a Deputy Prime Minister, and Callum is a Nought, the son of an activist. Their desire to be together begins to outweigh family loyalty, prompting a political emergency with unimaginable consequences.

Nottingham Playhouse Youth Theatre take you on a journey of love, laughter and reflection in this alternative world that does not feel as different to our own as we would like. This punchy piece of theatre delivered by a young cast is as important now as ever.

An extra £1 charge will be added to your order if you would like your tickets posted to you.
