This summer we’re unleashing the fun and magic of the legendary Playhouse Panto early. You can join us for storytelling in our fabulous Aladdin themed den at a variety of fun family events across Nottingham!
We have already made visits to Hemlock Happening, Arnold Carnival and Southglade Park Live.
Now as part of the Riverside Festival on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 August you can join our dame Widow Twankey (played by John Elkington) for storytelling in our fabulous Aladdin themed den!
As we gather to read the classic fairy tales that inspire our festive shows there’ll be chance to enter a Spot The Difference competition to win a family ticket to this years magical pantomime, Aladdin.
The children can also get their hands on goody bags, stickers and a Nottingham Playhouse flag when leaving the den.
We hope you’ll be able to join us!
Prepare to boo, cheer and sing at the legendary Nottingham Playhouse panto and join Widow Twankey and Aladdin on their magic carpet for a ride full of family fun and frolics!
Aladdin promises to be a sensational show, dazzling with wit, shimmering with glitter and sparkling with song, dance and magical costumes.
The Princess and the Frog is a magical re-telling of the classic Brothers Grimm tale about friendship and the making and breaking of promises.
Brought to you by the same team who created 2015’s Hare & Tortoise, the show is packed full of action and songs and will most definitely include audience participation for all the little ones.
