Our new Spring/Summer 2016 programme of events is now online, with priority booking on certain events open to our Backstage Pass members only. General booking for these events will open on Monday 4 January at 10am.
In addition to our already-announced mainstage productions of Any Means Necessary and Noises Off, we are pleased to announce our new production of The Glass Menagerie, a new staging of the classic Tennessse Williams production, to be directed by Giles Croft. Following a rehearsed reading earlier this year, Nottingham writer Daniel Hoffman-Gill’s play Kings returns for a full run in our Neville Studio. Then in May, as part of our involvement with the nationwide Ramps on the Moon project, we will be staging The Government Inspector, which will be fully accessible production, with signing, captions and audio-description for every performance.
2016 also sees the welcome return of neat festival. The Nottingham European Arts and Theatre festival will run in various locations throughout the city in May and June. The full schedule will be revealed in March of this year, but we’re thrilled to announce that we will be playing host to new works from Spy Monkey, Gob Squad and the Gary Clarke Company with their new dance theatre production, COAL.
