New Sponsors for A New Season

Nottingham Playhouse has not only revealed a stunning new season of work but some important new Nottingham sponsors for its ground breaking programme.

Gleeds, Stick and Ribbon, and Nottingham City Transport have all committed to sponsor Nottingham Playhouse to champion local creativity.

Stick and Ribbon, the much loved independent boutique, is looking forward to using their sponsorship to offer unique experiences to their clients and to attract new customers. Sally Longden, Managing Director of Stick and Ribbon, said: ‘I always enjoy a trip to the theatre and I also love what the Nottingham Playhouse has to offer for all my family, whether a comedy drama or a fun time at the panto. I’m really excited to start this new relationship with Nottingham Playhouse and look forward to what it can offer us as an independent business.’

Local property and construction consultancy, Gleeds, will be using their sponsorship, in part, to reward their staff and thank their clients with a performance of our highly-anticipated production of classic whodunnit Sleuth.

Anthony Cork (pictured above right), director for Gleeds in Nottingham said “We’re proud to sponsor Nottingham Playhouse and lend our support to this world class theatre that is responsible for promoting arts and culture in our community. Nottingham has a lot to offer in terms of creativity and we’re very much looking forward to the new season of productions.”

Nottingham City Transport, the biggest bus operator in Nottingham, have extended their much valued Nottingham Playhouse pantomime sponsorship in order to work with us more closely throughout the year. Their generous sponsorship will see us working with schools to offer cheaper bus travel to visit Nottingham Playhouse. The NCT team will also have the fantastic opportunity to work with associate director Fiona Buffini on drama focused team-building workshops.
