Junior Summer School

Our Junior Summer School is for those aged 9 – 12 and runs from 30 July to 10 August (weekdays only). The sessions will culminate in a performance on 10 August at 5pm and 7.30pm

In our new, extended Junior Summer School, you’ll have the chance to spend two weeks creating a production of Kisses on a Postcard by Terence Frisby (music and lyrics by Gordon Clyde, John Altman, Tom Recknell and others).

Intermediate Summer School

Our Intermediate Summer School is designed for those aged 12 – 14 and runs from 23 to 27 July, 10am to 4pm each day.

This will be an exciting opportunity to spend a full week developing your drama skills. You’ll have the chance to work with a professional director on physical theatre and devising, which you’ll use to create a short piece of theatre to perform to an invited audience.

Advanced Summer School

Our Advanced Summer School is for ages 18 – 25 and runs from 27 August until 16 September.

This is a one-off project connected to the World Event Young Artists programme. 900 artists from all around the world will be in Nottingham during the September festival. The summer school participants will create a piece of theatre to share at this exciting event.
