We are now working with Nottingham City Transport who are offering our customers a return ticket for £1 per person on their buses.
Please note the following for this offer:
1. Customers must also hold a valid ticket for a Nottingham Playhouse show dated for the day of travel, and have this with them. i.e. customers who have left their tickets at the Box Office will not be able to use this means of travel. Customers must also retain their theatre ticket for return travel.
2. The ticket stub must be surrendered to the driver on entering the bus so the ticket cannot be reused. The remainder of the ticket is used for the return journey
3. Tickets are valid for one inward and one outward journey until the last bus or tram at midnight. Bus tickets are valid on all bus routes within the Greater Nottingham City area, including routes ‘100’ up to Carlton Willows School and the ‘1’ and ‘Skylink’ up to Clifton Pastures.
4. Customers cannot buy bus tickets as a standalone option. They are only valid with a theatre ticket.
5. This offer is not valid should we be selling tickets in any other areas e.g. if we are selling tickets for New Art Exchange, customers cannot use tickets to get to Hyson Green. The tickets are valid into the City Centre only.
If you’re coming from outside of Nottingham then Trent Barton’s new ZIGZAG PLAY ticket also offers you unlimited bus travel to the theatre for just £4.50 per day. The ticket covers all of your bus travel on the day of a show – you can use any Trent Barton bus (after 9am), changing as often as you like. Groups of up to five people can save even more with a ZIGZAG GROUP PLAY ticket – working out at just £2 each for all day travel. Tickets are bought on the bus – just show the driver your theatre ticket. Go to the Trent Barton website to find out more.
