Exchanges and Refunds
If you cannot attend a performance for any reason, we will be delighted to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show for a flat fee of £1. Your original tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least 24 hours before the original performance booked. We regret however that tickets may not be exchanged between different productions.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds except in the case of a cancelled performance.
As a registered charity, Nottingham Playhouse relies substantially on donations from supporters, as well as ticket sales. Donations help to secure our future, develop new programmes, maintain the very highest standards, commission new work, and entertain and educate even more people every year.
Making a simple donation of £1 each time you book tickets could have a major impact on the future of the Playhouse. For further information on donations and fundraising activities please contact Nick Lawford on 0115 873 6235.
Nottingham Playhouse has a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence Award which is awarded for businesses in the top 10% of all positive reviews.
