Alan Sillitoe’s classic text, The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner has been especially adapted for the stage by BAFTA winning and Olivier Award nominated playwright Roy Williams for this new production by Pilot Theatre in association with York Theatre Royal.

Set in Britain’s Olympic Year, 2012, Colin Smith is defiant.
