John Steinbeck’s powerful and gripping masterpiece tells the story of two outsiders in search of the American Dream.

George and his simple-minded friend Lennie have nothing in the world except the clothes on their backs and a dream that one day they will have some land of their own. A place to call home. Armed with nothing but hope, they hatch a plan to leave their life of poverty behind and make a fresh start.

The two men find work on a ranch and life looks good. But their arrival triggers a tragic chain of events which tests their friendship to the ultimate limit.

Just seen Of Mice & Men @skymirror. Powerful stuff and so well acted – fully deserved the full house.

Another great production at @skymirror. Of Mice and Men was moving and brilliantly acted, esp. the character of Lennie.

Absolutely brilliant. I have not read the book and did not know what to expect. I took my 10 year old son and his friend (also 10) and we all loved the performance. I did not know if the kids would really like it, but they were drawn into the story and could not stop talking about the ending. The mark of a great play and great acting.

Intensely powerful play which is as relevant today as when it was written in regards the way we view people who are maybe a little bit different to others. Enjoyable, shocking, humorous at times and well worth a visit
