Details
Now in its seventh sold-out year in London, Breakin’ Convention, the not-to-be-missed hip hop event, comes to Nottingham Playhouse in October 2010.
Breakin’ Convention is more than just a show – it’s an experience. For two nights only the entire theatre is transformed with pre-show and interval activities in the foyers, including an open dance floor with live DJs, have-a-go workshops, graffiti art, giveaways and more…
Some of the top hip hop artists on the planet, plus the best local dance crews, hit the stage with force and a thrilling set of performances. The BC10 UK Tour features stunning work by Sebastien & Raphael, a B Boy duo from France and Germany who use dance and projection to create clever visual trickery and haunting images and French crew Phase T, who perform in a brand new show filled with raw B Boy power.
Hosted by hip hop dance theatre pioneer Jonzi D, this action-packed event is guaranteed to be a totally exhilarating night out.
