TUESDAY: top stage and TV director Paulette Randall will chair the discussion Inspiration, with leading theatre practioners describing how they made their breakthroughs
WEDNESDAY: Emmerdale's Kerry Stacey will lead the presentation of Rita, Leah Chillery's new play about Bob Marley's wife
THURSDAY: Shane Meadows stalwart Johann Myers (TwentyFourSeven, A Room for Romeo Brass) will feature in the rehearsed reading of Marcia Layne's new play Legacy
FRIDAY: dynamic live literature performer and Blackdrop regular Sure Shot has joined the line-up of one-man plays Solos, alongside Lisa Jackson and Jim Findley
SATURDAY: award-winning playwright Mustapha Matura will attend the rehearsed reading of his seminal play Welcome Home Jacko … plus NEW! celebrated writer and performer Lemn Sissay will be present at an exclusive screening of the new BBC Black Archives film, which he narrates
Not forgetting… the first visit to Nottingham by the extraordinary Upswing Aerial, blending circus skills and physical theatre – with a FREE SHOWING for families on Saturday at 12pm, as well as featuring in Friday night's show 
 

Following four outstanding productions - Moon on a Rainbow Shawl, Mother Courage, Little Sweet Thing and Three Sisters - Eclipse Theatre celebrates its 5th year with a 5 day arts celebration.

Presenting both plays from classics to work in development, the week kicks off with an In Conversation session with artists involved with Eclipse Theatre.

The Playhouse will be alive with pre and post-show events as we invite you to join us and experience readings, workshops and discussions from some of the freshest Black creative talent in Britain today.
