Discounts are shown in brackets and are available to under 16s, full-time students, those over 60 and in retirement, the disabled, registered unwaged, members of the National Campaign for the Arts, BECTU and Equity.

Some productions may not be suitable for children or will contain material which could cause offence. Box Office staff will be glad to advise you of the suitability of productions, if you’re not sure, please just ask.

We will be delighted to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show for a flat fee of £1. Your original tickets need to be returned to the Box Office at least 24 hrs before the original performance booked.

We are only able to offer refunds on tickets in exceptional circumstances. As part of our audience development programme we reserve the right to introduce and withdraw ticket discounts and special offers at any time.

Seats on M row marked W: these sets are reserved for wheelchair users and those with mobility problems. Please call the Box Office on 0115 941 9419 if you require these seats.
