Platinum Playhouse

Platinum Playhouse is Nottingham Playhouse’s new customer service strategy. It has been written for the purpose of upgrading the levels of customer service here at Nottingham Playhouse. It is based on utilising the major asset we have in this area - the excellence of our staff - and includes many of their thoughts and suggestions.  Platinum Playhouse represents a cross departmental approach to developing and improving customer service, involving front of house, box office and catering teams in equal measure. 

Nottingham Playhouse already has a reputation for delivering high standards of customer service.  We are good at what we do (and this is important in terms of providing strong foundations for future efforts) BUT we can be better.  There is always room for improvement!  Through Platinum Playhouse we are aiming to continuously improve our customer service standards.  The targets we have set ourselves represent the first step on our journey of continuous improvement.  We will monitor performance against targets through a customer satisfaction survey for each of our own productions and will feed back the results to the teams involved.  Targets will be reviewed seasonally.  Our aim is to keep on delivering perceptible and measurable improvements to our audiences and to gain recognition locally, regionally and nationally for the excellence of our customer service.
